Stupid people piss me off

So, while I was in line at the bank today, a rather rude woman came in behind me.  When I was the next to go up, a teller spot opened, but I waited until she called me over as she seemed busy putting remarks in the previous customer’s account.  The women behind me blurted out, “Are you gonna go?! ‘Cause if not, I am!” before storming up to the counter in-front of me.  I was so pissed that I openly called her a bitch in-front of God and everyone.  Where are businesses standing-up against people like this?!  If anyone attempted to pull that kind of crap at my front desk, as a manager, I would stop their transaction with my agent, pull them aside and explain that their behavior is not welcome.  I would then invite them to wait at the end of the line patiently until called upon.  If those terms were not acceptable, I would happily cancel their reservation and escort them to the door.  The only consolation that I received was that she was an old fucker and hopefully will die soon.  Fucking people…
